Alila – A little bio!

Alila is an exclusive online ladies fashion boutique. Previously based on Drury Street, after 5 fantastic years there, Alila moved all business online in September 2012.
It all started in March 2007 when the idea of creating Alila came about. Owner, Ali Murray then immediately began the process of building her new boutique and buying in labels from all over the world – LA, Dubai, Australia, France, Italy, Romania, South Korea – everywhere!!
Why the name Alila? Ali wanted something unique and different to all other boutiques, and if possible, something that included her own name. Alila is simply a palindrome of Ali!
After all the preparation was done – the travelling to source new and special labels, the buying, the process of creating the logo and branding, designing the interior of the boutique, with the amazing support from all Ali’s family & friends (and LOTS and LOTS of coffee!), Alila opened its doors for the first time on 17th October 2007.
