If you wish to return a sale item purchased from the same process and conditions apply as stated above. Sale shoes may be returned for a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) and must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out in.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from date of purchase to return the faulty item to us.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit to your account for you to use against a future purchase. If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as credit for

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles or insoles will not be accepted, refunded, or credited and will be sent back to the customer.

If we receive your returned purchase after the period of 14 days but within 28 days, you will be refunded with an Alila eVoucher to the value of the returned items

We do understand at times sometimes a return may be delayed but unfortunately we are not in a position to accept exceptionally late returns.  Anything returned later than 28 days from time of receiving the goods will not be accepted. These terms are accepted by you at the time of purchase when you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase from for any reason this is no problem! You have 14 days to let us know if you wish to return your item.  Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of notifying us of the return. 

To ensure a quick process of your refund you must follow the below guidelines:

Ensure that the item being returned is in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached and there must be no marks on the items or any signs of wear on the tags this includes the item being washed, dry cleaned, altered, worn or damaged.
Failure to do so will result in no refund or credit.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, used, worn, washed, cleaned, marked, altered, or have any odour such as cigarette smoke or perfume/deodorant will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Obtain a Return Authorisation Code by contacting with “WEBSITE RETURNS” in the Subject box and your order number and the items you wish to return in the email.  We will then send an RA Code along with the address to return the parcel to so you can return to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charge) within 14 days of purchase.

If you do not wish to use DPD PickUp for your return then we recommend that whichever method you choose is tracked. 


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery and that can be tracked. Alila holds no responsibility for items sent by standard post that get lost or delayed in transit.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility. 

We will issue you a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of the return within the specified time allowance and in the condition it was dispatched in or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred and if possible. However, all Jewellery and Accessories are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
