1. Is there a charge for appointments?

Saturday appointments are subject to a €30 fee which is fully redeemable against any purchase. 

*There is no fee for midweek appointments 10am - 6pm. (Late night appointments possible but are subject to €30 fee).* 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to help you find your dream dress so we are open by appointment only. Being appointment only means you have our full attention and a dedicated style specialist on hand to help you along this journey! Our private fittings are 1 hour in duration.

We also are not a typical boutique.  Our new studio is based on the 1st floor in an Industrial Park that is closed at weekends so we can only open especially for prepaid appointments. 

The fee is non-refundable should you need to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment.

2. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from when the order has been placed.

3. How soon will I receive my order?

Orders within Ireland take 1-3 days. Orders to the UK take 2-4 days. Orders to the rest of Europe take 5-10 days.

4. Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes. If you are not happy for any reason you can return your item for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information on returns please see our Returns Policy

5. Can I try something on in your store before buying?

Yes, it is possible to try before you buy! We are open by appointment only Monday - Saturday. You can make an appointment by emailing We are located at Unit 18, First Floor,  Docklands Innovation Park, East Wall Road, Dublin 3.

6. Can I track my order?

If you choose DPD, DHL or Registered post as your shipping method yes we can provide you with a tracking number.  

Should you choose standard post then it is not possible.
