Saturday appointments are subject to a €40 fee which is fully redeemable against any purchase made on the day.  All appointments are 1 hour in duration.  The fee is non-refundable should you need to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment. *There is no fee for midweek appointments.* We pride ourselves on our customer service so although our new studio (Nov 2022) no longer can accommodate all our stock we still want to help you find your dream dress so we are always available by email to help you choose your dream dress and advise on fit, colour, fabric etc.   Please do not hesitate to email us should you have any other questions regarding appointments.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from when the order has been placed.
Orders within Ireland take 1-3 days. Orders to the UK take 2-4 days. Orders to the rest of Europe take 5-10 days.
Yes. If you are not happy for any reason you can return your item for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information on returns please see our Returns Policy
Unfortunately we can only accommodate appointments for our bridesmaids collections - Goddess By Nature and Hayley Paige and for bespoke design clients.
If you choose Fastway, DHL or Registered post as your shipping method yes we can provide you with a tracking number. Should you choose standard post then it is not possible.
